RC. What were your inspirations and the different steps of your project ?

For this project, an advertisement in the same style was my source of inspiration. Then I called on a MUA ( Océane BL ) and the model ( Marion Loraux ), we talked about the project and the expectations, and then its implementation. On D-Day, after makeup, we gave creation free rein in the studio, and several photos were taken that day.

RC. How did the realization and the post production go ?

In studio, I always work with music, bringing a rather cool atmosphere, with also a light source, ans communication with the model and the MUA. On this project, we picked out together the photos to keep or not, then I finished the selection and the Post Production (PP). I always work alone the PP. I used Photoshop ( Split frequency, Dodge and Burn... ), and Lightroom to add the final touches to basic controls and colorimetry.

RC. What are your different sources of inspiration ?

I like what is classic, black and white, graphic and natural light.
That's why my ideas (and I have so many) come with the moods of the moment and the season. I like misty atmospheres, or overcast skies. I like working with Mother Nature owing to its environment and its light. So to carry out my projects, I often need time to find the appropriate model, date and weather. I like to shoot portraits, artistic portraits and I also like what's academic.
